Robert has spent nearly 30 years as a professional, award-winning architect and planner specializing in healthcare, educational, recreational, institutional and residential design for Federal, State, Municipal, International and private sector clients. His extensive expertise with new and renovated projects has earned him recognition in the healthcare industry. Bob has served as the 2004 AIA NJ President and in 2009 received the honor of AIA NJ Architect of the Year.
ROGER CIRMINIELLO (AIA, CID)
LICENSED ARCHITECT
Roger has over two decades of experience in the design and construction administration of projects with varied disciplines of new and renovated architecture. He specializes in healthcare, educational, recreational and institutional architecture and has won numerous awards.
RONALD BERTONE (FAIA, PP, FACHA)
LICENSED ARCHITECT
Ronald has over 40 years of experience in management, design and construction administration of architectural healthcare projects in the Federal, State, Municipal, and private sectors. Mr. Bertone is an expert in healthcare codes and was an influential policymaker in establishing NJ State standards.
GARY BIELICKA (LEED AP BD&C)
LEED/SUSTAINABLE DESIGN SPECIALIST
Gary received a Bachelor of Architecture from Pratt University and a Master of Science in Architectural Sustainable Design from the NJIT. Further, he is LEED certified and is preparing to the Architectural Registration Exam. He is responsible for preparation of CDs, specification, & construction administration of minor to mid-range projectsGary Bielicka received a B. RON SAN FILLIPO
PROJECT MANAGER
Ron an architectural designer and project manager. He received a Bachelor of Architecture Degree in 1995 from NJIT. He is responsible for preparation of working drawings, specification, and construction administration of minor to mid-range projects. Ron has been a project manager for our company since 1999. His daily responsibilities include preparation of working drawings, specification, and construction administration of minor to mid-range projects. His construction expertise makes him a pivotal part of the project team.
CARLOS CASPAO
ARCHITECTURAL DESIGNER
Carlos is responsible for drafting schematic layouts and construction documents for all types of projects ranging from commercial, residential, and mixed use buildings. He also has experience in the construction industry serving as a project manager in his previous employment.
BILL KIRIAKOULIS
ARCHITECTURAL VISUALIZATION SPECIALIST
Bill is a graphic and animation artist. He received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Sciences in 1989 from Montclair State University. He uses his experience in the graphic, film, and video fields to translate our Architects' designs into 2D & 3D graphic experiences which allow our clients visualize their completed project.
