ROBERT COZZARELLI, AIA, PP, NCARB Certified, CID Principal-In-Charge

Robert has over (35) thirty five years of experience as a design professional, architect and
planner in design, construction administration and design-build for varied building types;
including new and renovation architectural projects for Federal, State, Municipal, and
Private Clients. His credentials delineate varied clients including: health care,
educational, recreational, institutional, as well as, private residential. Robert has been a
principal owner of his firm and others since 1986, offering services in architecture,
planning, interior design, construction management, design-build/project-delivery, and
forensic analysis. In this capacity he has personally served as direct liaison with clients
and owners representatives in the successful completion of their projects.
